Refund Policy
At Crime Stopper, we are committed to providing elite security solutions tailored to your specific needs. Because our services involve the dedicated allocation of specialized personnel, advanced logistics, and rigorous pre-deployment planning, we adhere to the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. General Refund Policy
All sales and service agreements are considered final. Crime Stopper does not offer refunds for services rendered, deposits paid, or retainer fees. Once a contract is signed or payment is processed, those funds are immediately allocated to cover the administrative, staffing, and operational costs required to secure your assets or event.

2. Service Commitments
Our team begins work long before a guard arrives on-site. This includes:
• Personnel Scheduling: Locking in specialized guards who may turn down other contracts to fulfill yours.
• Logistics & Equipment: Preparing specialized gear, vehicles, or communication tech.
• Compliance: Processing necessary site-specific insurance and background clearances.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we understand that plans can change.
• Notice Requirements: If you need to cancel or reschedule services, we encourage you to call or send us an email at least 30 days prior.
• Service Credits: At the sole discretion of management, payments made for cancelled services may be applied as a Service Credit toward future security needs, provided the appropriate notice was given.
